What is the replacement policy?
We provide a replacement if the product is damaged on arrival.
Please mail firstname.lastname@example.org with images of the damaged product for further process.
How do I cancel my order?
Orders can only be canceled if it is not yet Processed. We would take 7-10 days to refund the money. The mode of refund would be the same as per the payment.
Why no cash on delivery(COD)?
All products are custom made and printed once we receive the order.
Why does the catalogue only has images of iPhone 7?
The images shown in the catalog are just mockups for the design. Once, we receive the order the printing is done on the case of the model selected by the customer.
