What is the replacement policy?
We provide a replacement if the product is damaged on arrival.
Please mail email@example.com with images of the damaged product for further process.
How do I cancel my order?
Orders can only be canceled if it is not yet Processed. We would take 7-10 days to refund the money. The mode of refund would be the same as per the payment.
Why no cash on delivery(COD) on customized/ personalised products?
All such products are custom made and printed once we receive the order. Hence, there is currently no possible way for us to provide cash on delivery(COD) service on those.
Why no cash on delivery(COD) on Posters?
All posters are custom made and printed once we receive the order. We are currently working to add COD on posters too 🙂
Why does the catalog only has images of iPhone 7?
The images shown in the catalog are just mockups for the design. Once, we receive the order the printing is done on the case of the model selected by the customer.
